When does the 15 days trial period start?

The free trial lasts 15 days from the date of the first connection to the HabilUp app.

Do you deliver HabilUp kits to Canada?

Yes, We currently deliver HabilUp in Europe and in Canada.

Is this item delivered and billed in Switzerland?

Yes. HabilUp kits are available in Switzerland

If I decide to stop subscribing, what do I do with the kit?

The HabilUp kit is equivalent to a video game controller, we do not take it back when our customers have decided to stop using it.

Are there any other costs to be foreseen afterwards? (other bracelets, accessories, applications...)

We develop a new video game every month that we make available to HabilUp users for free on our mobile app. 3 movements are possible on our games: Flexion/Extension, Deviation and Pronosupination. As for our current offer, there will be no other charges to expect unless your bracelets deteriorate and you want to change them.

Would it be possible to have HabilUp presented within our institution? Are tests possible? 

Would you like to do some tests with the children during our visit, or do you just want us to introduce UBIQUE to you and your colleagues? In the latter case, it is possible to give you a demonstration remotely via Skype or Hangout, before considering travelling to do tests with children.
